As a Phoenix Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner, I have been able to enrich many lives by helping Arizona residents find peace and balance within themselves. How do I do this? It all begins with the breath.

By concentrating on your breath, you begin to let go of the past and you are no longer thinking of the future. You are now focusing on the present state of your breathing. Once you are able to slow down your breathing, you will notice a calming effect on your emotional state. This is how I start all my yoga and Reiki classes.

About Me

​​​​​​​My true health conscious journey started in my teens when I decided to join a gym. I had a regular routine which included cardio, weight lifting, and circuit training four days a week. I was in great shape physically, but spiritually and emotionally, I was still out of balance. My stress levels were high, I couldn’t sleep well at night, and anxiety continued to haunt me on a daily basis. I was confused because I thought working out at the gym would take care of all this. I began searching for answers, and that’s when I discovered yoga. You see, Yoga isn't just physical exercise. Yoga works the body, mind, and soul. 

Yoga Changed My Life on So Many Levels

It took me a while to work up to this point in my life. I started out with regular yoga classes at the gym and pretty soon I found a yoga instructor that was willing to work with me one on one. This is when I realized that yoga was much more than just another form of exercise. Yoga works the body, mind, and soul. Once I realized this, I was able to incorporate yoga into my life and that’s when the amazement began to happen. I soon found the peace and balance I had needed for so long in my life. Soon thereafter, I went deep into the practice and began training as a yoga instructor. In 2013 I finished my yoga training and became fully certified as a yoga instructor.​​​​​​​

My Mission is to Help Others

I am now on a mission to help people just like you find peace and balance in their lives. With yoga, the breath, and a positive mindset, you can free yourself from daily stress or any physical ailments you may be dealing with. I want to help you be more in tune with who you are, in your body, mind, and spirit.

Everyone is at a different stage in their lives. Maybe you have some physical ailments that are bothering you or perhaps you are stressed out from the 9-5 grind. Whatever it is that you’d like to work on, I can definitely help you find a balance in your life, so you can let go of all that needless stress and enjoy more of what life has to offer.
